With her holistic and intuitive approach to life, she also has a huge interest in other cultures, not least their wisdom as to the understanding of the relationship between body and soul. As she herself says: Faith cannot be tied up in dogmas but must be experienced deep within the soul.

Cybele holds a PhD in art history with a specific focus on Judaic, Christian and Islamic art and has many years of experience working as a teacher, course director and organizer for private as well as public work places that include, among others, some of Denmark’s most well-known museums.
She felt however an ever growing gap between her exciting travelling lifestyle as an art-historian and researcher and the yearning of her soul. After a severe burn-out she transformed her life to include more love, more compassion, more stillness – more soul.
Her fun and uplifting lectures and courses have inspired countless people on their own journey through the desert towards their Promised Land – a journey we all have in common on this planet.

In Cybele’s courses, Bible stories, art, myths, fairy tales and symbols are interwoven to form a remarkable tapestry to be used as inspiration for perceiving the world from different angles, whether it be on a personal or professional level. She inspires people to rediscover their passion and strengthen their inner core.
Cybele has her degree from Copenhagen University and has also studied in France and Israel. She has traveled a lot especially in the Middle East and is a great ”desert freak.” She has also taken courses in dance, litho therapy, tantra, aura soma (colour care), heart healing and anatomy.
You are, first and foremost, very present in everything you do. You share your knowledge in a way that is spellbinding so one wants to know more. One clearly senses that you are deeply passionate about it, that it is of relevance for me or for the other participants to know something about this, that it can, in a way, expand my horizon – that knowledge creates contexts in the world – that curiosity gives us joy in life! That that joy is present right here and now in everything you do!

I am fascinated by your obvious joy in narration, your great knowledge, your sense of humor, and the great enthusiasm you exhibit for all your material, I have enjoyed becoming enriched in regard to religions, scriptures, art and the fantastic way you create historical connections between cultures and between the internal and external worlds of human beings. I am always looking for inspiration for my work and art – particularly when my mind and emotions are in play – in which case I am collecting information first and foremost to enrich my life. In this sense, the narrative world you have created has gripped me and lured me into it in the finest possible way. I believe you are a truly special woman.
